Pizzas, fresh pasta, salads or tiramisùs made with fresh products in an Italian restaurant in Bordeaux.
The terrace of the IT is often taken by storm. But in winter or if it rains, the room decorated in the "Italian-New York" style is big enough to welcome all the gourmands. Most of the time, people come to IT to taste a pizza (with or without extra burrata, for you?), a pasta fresca dish (fresh pasta) or a salad made with fresh products. You can also come and fill up on vitamins with a fresh fruit juice and go for a slice of tiramisù. Good news: IT Bordeaux is also in Bassins à flot and Villenave-d'Ornon.

The staff member was impolite and the place was completely empty. Also the interior looks like a city coffee shop, not a restaurant.
Response to owner: The address is correct (54 place des Capucins, Bordeaux) and the rude staff member was a young white man (30s) with a shaved head.

Restaurant avec belle devanture en pleine place des Capucins, joli intérieur chaleureux et de taille raisonnable.
Bon service avec serveurs agréable, service un peu lent par rapport à l'affluence du restaurant.
Plutôt déçu ceci dit de la pizza prosciutto que j'ai commandé, la pâte est extrêmement fine (trop donc), peu de garniture, que ce soit la sauce, le fromage ou même la viande et les herbes.
Pour le prix je trouve ça un peu cher (15.90 la pizza peu garnie), et le plat n'avait pas tellement de goût et était plutôt sec.
Pour le reste c'est bon.

They make their desserts on site and my tiramisu was delicious.
