Italian cuisine based on seasonal products offering cold tomato soup or tagliatelle with saffron.
Lume is a small Italian restaurant full of charm. Riccardo and Alice, the managers of the establishment (he in the kitchen, she in the service), give pride of place to Venetian cuisine with products from the region: a very contemporary and successful mix. Lume offers exceptional home-made cuisine (including pasta and bread), using quality ingredients. Every evening a unique six-course menu is offered (changing every two months or so). To accompany the menu, an organic and mainly Italian wine list is offered.

What an amazing experience! Tucked away in small street is this charming restaurant. Cuisine, service and hospitality were all exceptional. As if the world class cuisine wasn’t impressive enough, the service by the Chef’s partner in the dining room told a story that made the visit all the more memorable. The wine list is sourced from mostly Italian, low intervention winemakers. I’d highly recommend the wine pairing option, as each selection really paired well with the food. This wonderful little restaurant is sure to impress even the most sophisticated palates. I highly recommend Lume and hope to return again someday.

Un moment parfait, tant pour la cuisine, que pour l’accueil et l’ambiance.
La qualité, déjà très haute, ne cesse de monter avec à chaque fois une petite touche de plus. Les accords sont parfaits et les conseils passionés.

Herziges kleines Restaurant von einem Ehepaar geführt. Die wenigen Tische werden zu zweit bewirtet. Das kann im vollen Betrieb zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen führen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, eine moderne Umsetzung der italienischen Kochkunst und entschädigt dafür. Unbedingt reservieren und hingehen, wenn man einen Platz erhält.
