Japanese restaurant in Bordeaux offering ramens, breaded pork, Cantonese rice, oolong Pokka tea or mangajo with goji berries.
You feel like being transported to the Pays Soleil country by entering one of these two restaurants. At the counter or on the small wooden tables, you can see the cooks who are looking at the furnaces, blowing their wok filled with shrimps and noodles. At Fufu, specialities are the ramens, bowls of broth with homemade noodles and accompaniment. The hotel also offers other typical Japanese dishes: the Donburi Tonkatsu (of the breaded pig) or the Cha-Han (the Japanese version of Cantonese rice). Side drinks, discover the Oolong tea Ou or the mangajo at the Baies bays. Welcome to Japan!

Je viens régulièrement, malgré les prix qui augmentent (et qui font maintenant hésiter...)
Mais la dernière expérience était très moyenne. Je ne reviendrai plus le soir.
Une très grande attente (alors qu'il n'y a qu'une quinzaine de couverts), car la serveuse s'occupe de la vente a emporter. Les clients qui viennent ne sont plus prioritaires.
FUFU, vous pouvez mettre les commandes sur pause pendant 30 minutes pour pouvoir gérer....
Enfin, un froid glacial en salle avec la porte ouverte par certains livreurs et par les clients qui s'impatientent en qui vont fumer dehors...

Les prix ont augmenté mais le personnel a été réduit ( 2 en cuisine et 1 en salle a gérer les clients sur place et les commandes Uber ) .
Au bout de 20 mn et notre commande tjs pas prise ns sommes partis...
Ils previlegient Uber aux détriment des clients sur place....
