A typical Japanese boui-boui atmosphere for this tiny restaurant run by chef Kakinuma, who reinvents family recipes around fresh market produce. On the menu, traditional bentos (chicken kaaraage, tonkatsu, breaded fish, vegetable tempura, or recipe of the week), with just the right proportions and authentic flavors. The few homemade desserts (dorayaki, matcha tiramisu, chocolate cake) are just as delicious. A lunch break that feels like a culinary voyage... Mind you, the place is small, but the menu can also be taken away.

Locale totalmente giapponese, sono stato a pranzo il 16 ottobre 2023. Abbiamo mangiato in due dentro al locale, c'era lo chef giapponese e una ragazza a gestione della sala (molto gentili e di buon umore). Abbiamo preso un menu del giorno e un piatto della carta: ingredienti buoni e ben fatti, molto carino che ti portano il tipico bento giapponese. Lavora molto anche d'asporto. La sala è piccola, consiglio di prenotare ma non è affatto una nota negativa, poiché ogni piatto è curato nel dettaglio con amore dallo chef. Grazie della bella esperienza, consiglio e tornerò di nuovo sicuramente.
