At Hajeong and Nicolas, Korean cuisine blends with French products in a charming, plant-inspired place. The star product? Hoppang, a steamed brioche bun with a variety of fillings and recipes, including a vegetarian one. Two other specialties are on the menu: the Dakgangjeong, crispy chicken with homemade gluten-free breading accompanied by fried rice cakes, and the Teebak, a Korean-style salad with seasonal vegetables and homemade kimchi.
