Korean restaurant in the centre of Bordeaux offering bibimbaps, noodles and tapas.
At 46 rue du Pas-Saint-Georges opened in May 2017 an address of street food Korean. In Bibibap, a clean atmosphere and music of the country welcome you in two large rooms, with wooded decoration, including one in basement, ideal for large spreads. Inédit in the hypercenter of Bordeaux, the hotel offers revisiting specialties adapted to the fast food. The traditional bibimbap, usually served hot in a stone bowl, modernizes and becomes the bibibap, warm or cold. This typical dish, consisting of white or black rice, marinated vegetables and an egg, is the envy of: beef, chicken, pork, tuna or tofu. Other specialties include «ramyeon» noodles, «deopbap» and Korean tapas, perfect to start the meal. To accompany, take a mee su, a plum wine or a glass of su gwa, a drink to kaki and cinnamon. Les plats sont excellents, je recommande fortement leur poulet, c'est une dinguerie !
En entrée j'ai pris les fingers de cabillaud, c'est exactement comme les fish & chips ????
J'ai découvert ce restaurant coréen. c'était une 1ère fois pour moi, j'ai bien aimé la boisson à la ???? poire, et le plat " chiken deopbap" qui est du poulet mayonnaise et riz noir était bon. Bon, je ne connaissait pas trop donc j'ai pris quelques choses de classic mais les autres plats que mes compagnons ont pris étaient également bon et plus diversifiés, carotte, champignons, soja, riz noir, boeuf ou poulet au choix.
Les desserts bingsu sont une sorte de glace qui se présente comme des flocons de neige avec des coulis aux choix.
