Memphis Coffee is a concept of American fashion restaurant inspired by authentic diners in the 1950 s. 45min d'attente pour deux burgers dont un qui était froid et retourné en cuisine pour avoir une assiette réchauffée donc la sauce des frites chaude (vomissement en rentrant à la maison sûrement dû à cela). L'autre burger la galette de pomme de terre était à peine cuite, était blanche. Les oignons rings froid aussi. Tout ça en ayant attendu 45 min alors que la salle n'était même pas remplie. Première fois que cela nous arrive. Vu l'étonnement de la personne à qui l'on a fait nos remarques, et l'attitude des cuisiniers que l'on voyait s'amuser et aucune excuse de la serveuse nous ayant servi pour le temps d'attente... Cela sera sûrement la dernière fois que l'on vient.
Par contre service très bien !
