Charming Colombian restaurant offering homemade cuisine made from fresh produce, a good address in Bordeaux.

What a wonderful discovery! Nestled between the Palais Thiac (Bordeaux Court of Appeal) and the Musée d'Aquitaine, Terre d'Emeraude is well worth a detour. You'll discover a small, well-decorated restaurant. Look up and you'll discover what Colombia is to the collective imagination... Cooked from fresh, homemade ingredients, with the exception of artisanal ice cream from Javerzac farm (Dordogne), the recipes are served on stoneware plates and pots by ceramist Eva Dejeanty. The daily menu provides a good overview.

Nous cherchions un restaurant Colombien de passage pour le travail. Nous avons bcp aimé notre dîner, tout était délicieux, le serveur et la directrice Alejandra sont adorables. Bien entendu on peut vous recevoir en espagnol un peu pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'une prochaine visite sur Bordeaux ! Allez y les yeux fermés mais pensez à réserver. Et cerise sur le gâteau la nouvelle carte arrive bientôt et il y aura des empanadas ????????
