Charming Colombian restaurant offering homemade cuisine made from fresh produce, a good address in Bordeaux.
What a wonderful discovery! Nestled between the Palais Thiac (Bordeaux Court of Appeal) and the Musée d'Aquitaine, Terre d'Emeraude is well worth a detour. You'll discover a small, well-decorated restaurant. Look up and you'll discover what Colombia is to the collective imagination... Cooked from fresh, homemade ingredients, with the exception of artisanal ice cream from Javerzac farm (Dordogne), the recipes are served on stoneware plates and pots by ceramist Eva Dejeanty. The daily menu provides a good overview.

Super soirée.
La Pina colada est tombée par terre, les ribs caramélisés un moment de bonheur gustatif, la viande est fondante et l'équilibre entre la caramélisation et le salé. Un délice.
Attention, la musique est juste un peu forte mais nous sommes en Colombie donc c'est presque normal ????...
