A bit of Alsace in Bordeaux! Opened by a young couple from Alsace, this coffee shop serves sweet and savoury pretzels all day long. On the premises or to take away, you can enjoy this famous specialty or other delicious snacks (generous hot dogs, toasted sandwiches...), revisited with an Alsatian sauce. As for the cinnamon buns, they're perfect for a snack. Of course, everything is fresh and homemade, with vegan options. And since the welcome is as warm as the pretzels are soft, you'll come back even if you're not hungry!

Clairement mon endroit préféré j'y vais très souvent, le service est impeccable et la gérante a un sourire qui donne chaud au cœur, leurs hot dog sont parfaits, ni trop lourds ou trop gras avec des choix variés.
Je ne prends pas souvent de bretzels mais le chèvre miel est un délice.
