The reputation of the Voûtes is well established. This former private mansion decorated with vaults and exposed stone walls has been a restaurant for more than 20 years, where traditional and contemporary meet without complexes. As for the atmosphere, we are surprised by the play of light that animates the walls and creates like a cocoon all around us. In terms of cuisine, the chef's inspiration is both deeply rooted in the South-West, without depriving himself of a few touches of exoticism: foie gras half cooked on toast of country bread, goat cheese crostini with basil and honey, snacked Iberian morcilla and its mashed potatoes... We appreciate the elegance of the dishes, as well as the "homemade" mention to which we attach great importance. Nous avions réservé via l'application the fork, lorsque nous nous sommes annoncés nous avons eu le droit a un " c'est pas bien ça! "...nous avons connu mieux comme accueil.
Nous avons demandé une table dehors qui venait de se libérer, mais sans prendre le temps de nous écouter ou de nous expliquer ( s'il y avait eu une réservation ou autre )nous avons eu droit à " ah ben non y a plus de place dehors " nous avions l'impression d'exagérer avec notre demande.
Nous suggérons donc à ce restaurant de ne pas se proposer sur the fork.
