Le Nama is neither a wine bar nor a restaurant like the others: it is a concept! In a modern and cosy setting where the bar occupies a large place, you can blindly taste a refined and refined cuisine, prepared by two chefs, one French, the other Japanese. You have understood correctly: here, you do not choose your dishes but you trust the chefs. Flavours and aesthetics are equally important. In this bistronomic wine bar, dishes are prepared with fresh regional and seasonal produce with a touch of Japanese influence. Every month, wines and winegrowers from here and elsewhere are honoured and showcased through food and wine pairings, demonstrations and tastings. Les vins aussi étaient excellents.
Côté service c'était un peu lent-- il aurait pu y avoir une personne en + en salle, nous sommes restés 3h à table.
