Nous avons réalisé la dégustation des 7 vins mais nous avons également fait une belle rencontre. Deux passionnés par leur métier qui nous embarquent dans leur passion. Les vins étaient tous singuliers parfaitement accompagnés de fromages, sélectionnés par un MOF, et d'une charcuterie délicieuse.
Chaque nouveau vin était expliqué, apprécié et commenté. Nous avons découvert des petits producteurs pleins de talent. L'oenologue est remarquable et très avenante.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation et nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
