The Maison du Vigneron, based in Crançot, has a superb showcase in what used to be the winegrowing district of the prefecture town. This veritable institution works in partnership with winegrowers who bring in grapes, which corresponds to a harvest of 130 hectares. For decades, it has devoted itself to the vinification of unique wines. And it was in Lons that it first opened its doors to market them.
