Mathieu Paget is passionate about his work, combining rigor, creativity and a love of products. While he is particularly fond of chocolate and fruit cakes, he also leaves room for the great classics, which he revisits with imagination. Among his creations is "Le Rouget de Lisle": a praline made from 66% chocolate, presented in a cassette containing the story of the famous author of the Marseillaise. The teas and infusions offered at the show are highly original.

Cliente fidèle depuis un moment, je constate malheureusement une dégradation dans l’accueil et le professionnalisme. Le responsable, visiblement plus préoccupé par ses appels personnels pour savoir si son petit ami à lancer la machine à laver... que par les clients, ne donne pas l’exemple. Difficile de se sentir bienvenu quand la première chose qu’on voit, c’est un responsable scotché à son téléphone. Autre point inquiétant : le personnel change constamment. À chaque visite, de nouveaux visages... Il y a sûrement une raison à cela. Dommage. Pourtant les employés sont très gentils et compétant.
