Whether you are an early riser or a late sleeper, this is a good bakery for you, the hours are adapted. But all day long you will find breads, cakes, pastries, sandwiches: everything is made on the spot. More than twenty sourdough breads are offered and are kneaded, fermented and baked in front of you. An excellent bread is available as in the past. The unsold goods are sent to the Restos du Coeur, a great spirit of solidarity. An artisanal bakery as we like them, located near the city center with parking, very practical.

Rien à redire sur la qualité des produits. Le magasin est soigné. Par contre servie par une jeune fille qui certe ne semblait pas être autonome, mais la politesse c'est la base... Sa collègue, très professionnelle a pris le relai, s'excusait même pour sa jeune collègue. D'un coup, la responsable entre dans le magasin et fait des remarques désobligeantes tout fort devant les clients aux serveuses en jetant un torchon au sol. Ce n'est pas correct. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Que dire du Riberou, ce fameux pain. A chaque passage nous prenons 2 pains entier, un bien cuit pour moi et un pas cuit pour mon épouse. Quel régal ???????? En mai 2024, nous avons testé le pain au chorizo ( mon épouse et mon fils ont adoré) et le pain comté-lardon ( j’ai été le seul à aimer ????‍♂️). Ce qui ne gâche rien, on est toujours bien reçu et servis, même si il y as du monde.
