La Redoute offers a stopover where hospitality, cleanliness and the pleasures of the table are the order of the day. The 25 renovated rooms are comfortable and spotless, with flat screen TV. In the vast restaurant room, the 1970's functional style is warmed up with pretty curtains and beautiful tablecloths. The cuisine is traditional, copious and meticulous, giving pride of place to the generous Franc-Comtois specialities, but there are also lighter dishes!
