The Gillet family opened this fish farm in 1968, to be taken over in 2009 by Roland Gaillard. The place is located at the birth of the Cuisance. The fish farm raises 800,000 eggs per year, including rainbow trout, which is known as the "patron saint of streams". But it evolves with the fario, the salmon and the fountain salmon, distributed in 13 basins. All of them are the delight of good restaurants well beyond the Jura. In this picturesque remote area, families come to play with their fishing rods and win their catches, to the great joy of children.

L'accès se fait facilement en voiture devant l'établissement.
Nous avons pu pêcher nos truites nous même avec du maïs, les enfants (comme les grands) adorent !!
Il y a 2 bassins pour des petites et des plus grosses truites (d'ailleurs, ils sont très propres ! L'eau est super claire, ça donne envie de se baigner avec les truites).
Les truites sont principalement nourries avec des granules à base d'insectes. Le maïs n'est que pour les pêcher (mais elles adorent ça ! )
Le prix se fait au poids, une fois pêchées, le jeune homme qui s'occupe de la pisciculture nous les vide devant nous. On peut lui demander aussi de lever les filets pour n'avoir que le meilleur à manger !
Et hop, on repart avec nos truites bien fraîches prêtes à être cuisinées et dégustées !
