This wine cooperative is the youngest in the vineyard, with 17 growers and some 40 hectares covering the Côtes du Jura, Étoile and Château-Chalon regions. Whites account for the lion's share of production here, with 80% of the vineyard planted with chardonnay and savagnin. Annual production is around 2,200 hectolitres. Cultivation is designed to respect the environment: even processing residues are recycled on site. Don't hesitate to discover our Crémants du Jura. The winery's approach is one of excellence for a terroir of character.
