The Baud estate dates back to the 18th century. It is now run by the 9th generation of young people. Clémentine and Bastien's estate covers 25 hectares and 3 AOCs: Côtes du Jura, l'Étoile and Château-Chalon. Terra Vitis-certified integrated viticulture is practiced here. The brother and sister produce exceptional wines. And to complement their work on the land, they also run orchards, enabling them to offer you a range of eaux-de-vie.
