LES COTEAUX DE SEILLE
This cooperative, created in 1836, is located on the banks of the Seille, in the heart of the vineyards between Lons and Château-Chalon. It groups together 23 farms from 15 surrounding communes and processes 8 million litres of milk per year into raw milk cheeses. Comtés take pride of place with a range of cheeses that can be matured for up to 24 months. Then come morbier, tomme and raclette. Like its neighbours, this dairy has also become a local shop. The reward: a gold medal in 2020 at the Concours Général Agricole for its old Comté.

Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12:15pm and from 2pm to 7pm; Sundays and holidays from 9am to 12pm. Visits / tastings for groups on reservation. Closed on Christmas, January 1st and May 1st. Delivery possible (online purchase via the website with delivery by "chronofresh" service).

The "Fruitière des Coteaux de Seille" is a cheese cooperative located in the heart of the Jura vineyards, bringing together 22 "member" farms and 10 employees who are passionate about their work. It collects milk from its members in 15 communes: Lavigny, Pannessières, Montain, Villeneuve sous Pymont, Bornay, Vevy, Bréry, Mantry, Montmorot, Cosges, Quintigny, Ruffey sur Seille, Saint Lamain, Plasne and Sellières.
La Fruitière offers you in its direct sales store a wide range of cheeses, local and regional products (PDO cow's milk cheeses, Bleu de Gex, Mont d'Or, goat's milk products, honeys, Côtes du Jura PDO wines, smoked pork meats from the Haut Doubs ....)
Visit gallery "from the cow to the plate", group visits by appointment (only on [email protected]) all year long with PDO cheese tasting.
