Just 500 meters from the Citadelle, this ^17th-century building has been transformed into a beautiful guest house with 5 spacious rooms. The place, all stone, wood and antiques, is full of character! In the morning, enjoy breakfast in front of the fireplace in winter, or in the property's large park in summer. Heated swimming pool and wellness area with spa and sauna are available for a totally relaxing stay, with Ayurvedic massages optional. Two 4-person gîtes and a meeting room are also available.

Christine et Stéphane sont au top! Les chambres ainsi que les extérieurs et la localisation sont au top! Le petit déjeuner est très très copieux et délicieux !

We have just spent three nights in this superb Chambres D’hote and highly recommend both it and Blaye. Stephane and Christine are wonderful hosts where nothing is too much trouble. Their home is situated a short walk from centre ville and the beautiful citadel but is a haven of tranquility and perfect for relaxation or as a base to explore the area. We had a beautiful private and spacious room with our own terrace and entrance. Our room was well equipped including coffee machine, kettle and mini-fridge. Breakfasts are wonderfully generous and social occasions where guests can mingle and enjoy multi- lingual discussion aided by Stephane and Christine. The swimming pool is perfectly heated with a good supply of loungers, shade and towels. A real home from home in a lovely period French property. Thank you Stephane and Christine for providing us with the perfect spot to relax after the stress of packing up and selling our Maison Secondaire. Lots of love and best wishes Lorraine and Nigel x

We stayed with Stephane and Christine for 3 nights and it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The place is a little gem and the hospitality of the owners makes it a thing to remember and to come back to.
