Just 500 meters from the Citadelle, this 17th-century building has been transformed into a beautiful guest house with 5 spacious rooms. The place, all stone, wood and antiques, is full of character! In the morning, enjoy breakfast in front of the fireplace in winter, or in the property's large park in summer. Heated swimming pool and wellness area with spa and sauna are available for a totally relaxing stay, with Ayurvedic massages optional. Two 4-person gîtes and a meeting room are also available.

Die Eigentümer Christine und Stephane sind die perfekten Gastgeber und das Anwesen sowie die Zimmer und Apartments sind ein Traum! Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast und haben jede Minute genossen. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit einer nagelneuen Küche, einem geräumigen und geschmackvollen Schlafzimmer sowie ein sehr schönes und großes Bad. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich sehr rührend um die Gäste, super freundlich, wenn man will auch sehr persönlich und freundschaftlich! Die Location hat das bestimmte Etwas, hat Flair und ist einfach schön. Zudem ist man in 5min direkt in Blaye mit Geschäften, Gastronomie und Wochenmärkten. Ein großer Discounter ist mit dem Auto in 3min zu erreichen und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht aber uns auch einfach fabelhaft entspannt, u.a. an dem schönen Pool. Christine und Stephane, vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit viel Herz und Seele!

Juste exceptionnel !
Les pavillons, la décoration soignée et juste, les extérieurs, une jolie piscine, un grand sens de l'accueil et une magnifique table de petit déjeuner. On s'y sent très bien à se demander s'il serait raisonnable de sortir de ce cocon.

Nous avons tout aimé au Clos Réaud, de l’emplacement calme et proche du centre ville au site magnifique en passant par un service impeccable. La deco des chambres est soignée, le jardin, la piscine et les alentours superbes, la salles à manger et les communs très plaisant. Christine et Stephane sont charmants et soignent leurs hôtes avec une attention particulière. Ils sont toujours prêt à rendre service et ne sont pas avare de conseils. Nous avons vraiment adoré le Clos Réaud et reviendrons certainement!

If you’re travelling in this part of France or you want to find a great place for a short break then this is the place for you. A fabulous experience from first to last. Superb accommodation with great hosts. There is secure parking for both cars and bikes there are charging points for EVs and the bike garage allows you to charge your e-bike. The cycle path which starts a few hundred meters from the hotel is an added bonus. The ‘icing on the cake’ is the pool and decking area around it.
