A house set in the Haut-Jura park, offering sound walks, film screenings and tours of a fortified attic.
In the center of Lajoux, the park house is located in an imposing contemporary building clad in tavaillons. The visit " Haut-Jura Terre Vivante ! "is fun and interactive. It is based on different themes: fauna, flora, knowledge and protection of the environment... but also heritage, industry and local crafts, agriculture, tourism... Sound walk and film projection are proposed as well as the visit of a strong attic. Well adapted to children thanks to a booklet games that they can recover at the reception. Small store.

La maison du haut Jura est un musée d'exception. Très ludique et pédagogique, elle permet aux jeunes et moins jeunes de découvrir le haut Jura sous toutes ces formes. A travers tous les sens (toucher, odorat, etc), on apprend quelle est la faune et la flore qui peuplent cette région. On découvre les différents paysages. On comprend mieux les enjeux économiques et sociaux qui touchent la région. Un film d'animation et la decouverte du grenier fort est proposé en fin de visite. Je recommande vivement cette visite pour découvrir toute la région.
