A wine tourism stay in an ideal setting with private parking and an independent entrance in Blanquefort.

Three houses, three houses independent of Saint Ahon Castle, for an ideal ootouristic stay. At the gates of the Médoc, the property that was the property of Montesquieu in the eighteenth century is now classified as a monument and offers you an ideal setting in the heart of the vineyards. Each lodging («Saint-Ahon», «Mirabel» and «Bidule»), with a sober and modern decor, is located a few meters from the barrel chai and enjoys a garden with terrace. You have private parking and an independent entrance. The castle can be rented for receptions (individuals and professionals). It also offers wine tastings and regional products and the sale in the warm space of their small shop.

We visited the Chateau for a tour and tasting and enjoyed our experience. Alice was our guide and she did a great job of telling us about the history of the Chateau, the terroir of the vineyards and their wine making process. It was interesting and informative. The tour finished with a tasting of 2 wines and a chance to browse the local products in the small shop. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more personal winery tour.

Nous avons connu le château notamment grâce à un afterwork l'été 2024 puis par le marché de Noël, organisés par le château.

Nous avons donc réservé début Mars 2025 la salle, la cuisine et nous avons fait intervenir un foodtruck pour le Baptême de notre fille.
Nos 50 convives et nous même avons été très enchanté de l'accueil, la disponibilité d'Alice et la beauté de la salle. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de l'extérieur qui est également très agréable.

Les petit plus : Nos convives ont adoré le vin du château servi à table et certains de mes invités ont pu dormir aux gîtes proposés par le château !

Je conseille ce lieu pour tous vos évènements :) encore merci

Excellent accueil. Notre guide nous a très bien expliqué l'histoire du Château. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses lors de cette visite qui s'est terminée par une bonne dégustation. Le domaine est très facilement accessible en transport en commun depuis Bordeaux. Je recommande la visite guidée.
