The reputation of this cheese dairy is well established: it matures its production (8,700 wheels) in situ, from 3.3 million liters of milk annually. Cheesemakers Pascal and Mathieu and their team produce 2 appellations, Comté and Morbier, as well as a tomme called "La Fertoise" and a raclette. In the store, you'll find a fine selection of regional products. A dairy on the cutting edge: they have just installed a vending machine and a waste and wastewater treatment system that results in zero pollutant discharge.

Je suis passer à plusieurs reprises dans cette fromagerie et me suis faite livrer à 2 reprises ajd de passage dans le coin ( 2h30 de chez nous ) je décide d'aller chercher du fromage voyant sur mon GPS que j arriverais à 19h02 au lieu de 19h j appel pour les prévenir ( on me demande ps pour aller plus vite si on peu préparer ma commande le temps de mon arriver ) bref je fini par arriver à 18h59 et le volet était fermer les 2 filles on vue que on etai la mais rien .... 50 euro de commande sa dois pas représenter grand chose pour ce commerçant bref je rentre bredouille j irais voir ailleurs la prochaine fois .
