This century-old dairy produces cheeses that are regularly awarded medals. 470 tons annually, of which 4,500 wheels are matured and sold on site. You'll also find: raclette, morbier, tome du Jura, délice de Chalain, Petit hérisson made in winter, Serrat and fromage blanc. A gallery with interactive terminals allows you to discover all the stages of production, from milking to maturing. You can also watch the cheese maker at work. In Beaune (21), you'll find a beautiful boutique at the fruitière.

En vacances , j'ai beaucoup apprécié la fruitière de la vallée du hérisson pour son choix de fromage avec une note particulière pour le comté, un délice , son coin épicerie morteau , vin etc ...

Attention Arnaque !!!
Lorsque que vous arrivez ils vous vendent du vieux comté et en repartant quand vous faites le plein pour ramener à la famille, vous achetez du vieux comté mais vous donnent du jeune comté au prix du vieux.
