Für jemanden, der weder Weizen noch Milchprodukte konsumieren kann, ist es sehr traurig, durch Frankreich zu reisen. Es gibt hier doch so viele köstliche Backwaren!! Aber der Besuch hier hat mich getröstet. Ich habe himmlische Schokoladenkekse, einen köstlichen mit Pralinecreme gefüllten Kringel und zwei salzige Törtchen mitgenommen. Es war hervorragend! Danke, dass Sie sich die Mühe machen, Menschen wie mir den Urlaub zu versüßen!

I have visited this small gluten-free bakery twice this week. It is such an eye opener for me as a coeliac to have so much choices of bakery specialties which I can hardly find and enjoy. She is very friendly and explains well the ingredients she uses. Prices are normal compared to other gluten-free food. A must in case you have a gluten intolerance! Loving it! You will see me again! ????

Très bonne surprise sur la route de nos vacances dans la jolie ville de Dole. Je rêvais d’un bon Paris-Brest et Anne-Laure en a concocté un rien que pour moi (dévoré aussitôt préparé !). Comme il n’était que 11h30, on est reparti avec quelques réserves: un délicieux millefeuille avec son joli glaçage, une bonne tartelette aux fruits rouges (excellente pâte sablée) et bien entendu quelques cannelés.
Nous espérons revenir un jour pour tester les pains, les pizzas….
