Farmers for 5 generations in the heart of the village of Cosges, Ferme de Suzie is a family-run farm committed to regenerative agriculture for over five years now, working intensively on its carbon footprint and animal welfare. Brothers Emmanuel and Olivier Lamard produce milk, cereals and, more recently, delicious yoghurts, cream desserts and fromage blanc. Every flavour is natural and rigorously selected. Even the caramel is homemade. An absolute must when you visit Bletterans!
