Hotel located in Censeau offering simple, clean and comfortable rooms, some with balconies...

Here, we now say "Chez Barbara" rather than "Le Relais". Barbara Jeannin took over this establishment after her parents. And it is only natural that she should give it her personality in what was once a stagecoach post office relay. It is difficult to miss this impressive renovated house, in the heart of Censeau, beautifully flowered during the sunny days. In addition to being a hotel with single rooms, clean and comfortable, some with balconies, there is also a restaurant. A spacious restaurant where groups like to spend a friendly moment. We eat well, copiously and cheaply. It is also a small smoke bar open all year round where Censalians come for a drink and exchange the latest news from the region. Barbara welcomes you with a smile and a kind word even if she has a lot to do in the restaurant which is always full. So it is wise to book your table.

De passage depuis Lons, arrêt ds ce resto familial, simple, efficace. J'adore. C'est bon, c'est copieux et Barbara la boss, hyper sympa, pas de chichi, ça fait du bien. Les locaux au bar, je valide.... Ça réunit le monde agricole. Nous reviendrons, bravo madame, restez comme vous êtes, MERCI le couple poltronesofa du samedi 26

Service agréable dans cet établissement , par deux serveuses qui ne restent pas les deux pieds dans le même sabot , car il y a pas mal de clients attirés par un menu bien servi . Par contre je pensais me régaler avec filet de bœuf aux morilles à 30 euros quand même. Ce ne fut pas le cas , pour une cuisson demandé saignante voire bleue chaude , elle était bien à point . Quant aux morilles , il fallait les chercher et elles étaient bien recouvertes par des champignons de Paris , la sauce était bien cuisinée , le goût des morilles très présent ( normal les morilles développent facilement cette odeur agréable et il n'y a pas besoin d'en mettre beaucoup ) . J'ai fait remarquer à la serveuse la cuisson du filet et très gentiment elle m'a proposé de le changer , mais j'ai refuser car c'était mangeable . Personnellement je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement ou alors faut prendre le menu que semble bien apprécier la clientèle ouvrière et plutôt âgée ( ceci n'est absolument pas péjoratif)
