With its refined French gourmet cuisine and its beautiful terrace under the arcades, the Indigo has seduced local customers. From their travels in the Mediterranean, Asia and Oceania, Mr. and Mrs. Régis have brought back beautiful memories and a creative cuisine mixing local and exotic, for the pleasure of all. On sunny days, it is very pleasant to have lunch or dinner on the Cathedral square to discover the specialties of the menu, which includes the IGP Bazas beef. Nice selection of wines and impeccable service to boot!

Le chef et son second vont vous faire voyager les papilles. Des plats pour tous les goûts.
Portez attention aux saveurs multiples présentes dans chaques plats. On s'extasie sur des notes aromatiques très harmonieuses qui nous font voyager dans plusieurs cultures gastronomiques tout en ayant un solide ancrage tricolore.
Les poissons, viandes et mollusques sont toujours cuits à la perfection.
On se réjouira aussi du lieu, de la terrasse sur la belle place de Bazas et de l'accueil chaleureux du personnel.
Ne passez pas à Bazas sans y avoir réservé une table
