Restaurant pride of the soil for meat lovers in Bazas.
Bazas is renowned for being the cradle of the Bazadaise cattle breed... This friendly restaurant naturally specializes in wood-fired grills, and, as the pride of the region, the beef is obviously locally produced. Braised sweetbreads, ribeye steaks, butcher's cuts, entrecôte to share... Vegetarian friends, this is certainly not the best address for you in the area! And even less so in February, when the whole town celebrates the breed and the chef concocts a special menu around it.
