Céline Jacquot is the daughter of local beekeepers. Her grandmother also gave her a taste for pastry-making, notably excellent gingerbread. This is a branch of the parent company in Gray. But half of what you'll find on the shelves is made on the premises, some of the pastries according to Céline Jacquot's recipes, since she's the mistress of the place. As well as cookies and gingerbread, chocolates complete the gourmet offer.

Fait avec des produits locaux c'est vraiment super par contre les E150b (Caramel de sulfite caustique) c'est pas ce que j'attends d'une biscuiterie artisanale...ça gâche tout

Votre boutique à Aumont est régulièrement fermée déjà qu’elle n’est pas ouverte tous les jours mais les seules fois où elle doit l’être on se retrouve devant une porte fermée.
