This cooperative was transformed by the merger of Arsure-Arsurette, Fraroz and Cerniebaud. Since 2005, 29 members have been working at an altitude of 1,000 m, bringing in 5.5 million liters of milk a year. Comtés are of the highest quality, matured for up to 30 months. A warm welcome awaits you in the store, where you'll find other specialties, a range of Comtois products and souvenirs. This place is more than just a store. Individuals or groups (booking required) can take a tasting tour at the same time as the cheese-makers are at work.
