This cooperative was transformed by the merger of Arsure-Arsurette, Fraroz and Cerniebaud. Since 2005, 29 members have been working at an altitude of 1,000 m, bringing in 5.5 million liters of milk a year. Comtés are of the highest quality, matured for up to 30 months. A warm welcome awaits you in the store, where you'll find other specialties, a range of Comtois products and souvenirs. This place is more than just a store. Individuals or groups (booking required) can take a tasting tour at the same time as the cheese-makers are at work.

Dès qu’on entre on est saisi par l’excellente odeur de fromage. Pour les avoir gouté ils sont excellents. On trouve aussi des produits locaux qui donnent bien envie de tout goûter.
