The Vertessec farm is located about thirty kilometres from Bordeaux. Michel and Martien Petit raise poultry and palmipeds in freedom. You can buy poultry (chickens, guinea fowls, pigeons or even ducks) and delicious tinned duck in this pretty typical Médoc farm! The welcome is very friendly and the advice on how to prepare good dishes is always excellent! Don't hesitate to call a few days before - especially with the holidays - to reserve your victuals.
