Restaurant offering excellent value for money dishes in Auros.
Just ten kilometers from Langon, L'Absolu deserves a lot of praise. Already, its stone façade sets the tone for elegance. The Forest room, with its large mural, gives us the impression of being in a forest. All the rooms are decorated in a pleasant style. As for the cuisine, the chef offers dishes in the same vein, i.e. refined and accompanied by tasty sauces. All at excellent value for money. A video-surveilled area has been set aside for children, with a special menu and menu for them.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment à déjeuner dans ce restaurant, je pense avoir mangé la meilleure tarte au citron revisitée jusqu'à ce jour.

Une table locale , de haut vol, un cadre bucolique Benoit aux petits soins , dénier truc de fou , la déclinaison tarte citronnée , un truc de fou

Des plats tous simplement parfait ! Le chef est excellent dans chaque plats. Le prix est à la hauteur de la qualité donc je recommande sans problème. (Un gros coup de cœur sur le pavé d'espadon qui est parfaitement réalisé)
