The restaurant is housed in a pretty house, extended by a terrace and a superb garden, just a stone's throw from the lake. A local boy, Arnaud Chartier creates gourmet cuisine based on local produce, with dishes that are as gourmet as they are daring, and full of emotion. We still remember his sea bass and lobster carpaccio with yuzu coral vinaigrette and lemon-basil sorbet... If you're tempted by a little folly, opt for the Lobster Menu or the Epicurean Menu. The children's menu is for little gourmets. A great address!
