Chez Alcide, it's better to make a reservation! Quite simply, this is one of the few places in Arès with a view of the lake. So, of course, at lunchtime, in the evening and in the afternoon (even on weekdays), the terrace is packed. Those with a sweet tooth usually accompany their cold drink with an ice-cream sundae or a waffle. For us, it's in the evening that we come for dinner. We ate a well-cooked cod back, served with chorizo cream and creamy parsley rice. Service is fast and friendly.
