This now famous regatta of the basin takes place every year at the beginning of July from Saturday 6 pm to Sunday noon. The weekend is also chosen according to the full moon. Les 18 heures d'Arcachon à la Voile is a festive event that brings together hundreds of sailing boats of different sizes. It's THE pool race! Over the years, the Jumping des Sables d'Arcachon has established itself as one of the must-see events in the national equestrian calendar. The event brings together the best French riders around numerous events, including a very spectacular one on the Pereire beach at low tide. Over three days at the beginning of June, various show jumping competitions, entertainment, equestrian shows and the famous Derby on the beach follow one another at the equestrian centre.
