Opposite the Arcachon casino and thus a stone's throw from the beach, you will only have to cross the Boulevard de la Plage to enjoy the farniente. All the more fresh and available as the Roc hotel offers a good level of service: rooms with a maritime atmosphere, well-equipped with wifi and Canal+, optimal insulation of the windows to avoid the shopping street which could have put off the most demanding, air conditioning. The hotel also has its own restaurant: La Brasserie du Roc, which offers a 10% discount to hotel guests. Breakfast is served in the dining room, on the terrace or in the garden, so how could you not start the new day serenely?

-Pour un séjour de 3 jours, nous avons dû réclamer le nettoyage de la chambre 2 fois. Les poubelles n’étaient pas changées. Nous avons dû nous résigner à réclamer un balai à 23h à la réception car à notre retour, le sol n'avait pas été nettoyé. Pour un hôtel en bord de plage et surtout en pleine crise sanitaire, c'est indécent!
-Personnel désagréable. Aucune demande ne fût écoutée, aucune excuse à la fin du séjour.
Conclusion : pour 125 euros la nuit, vous aurez droit à un service digne d’une mauvaise auberge de jeunesse. Et à en croire les autres avis des clients, nous n'avons pas été les seuls à s'être faits arnaquer
