Ayant effectué une réservation à mon nom, une fois arrivés sur place les clefs ne m'ont pas été données tout de suite.
En effet, c'est la première fois de ma vie qu'une réceptionniste inexpérimentée préfère regarder et draguer mon mari devant moi sans même m'adresser la parole une seule fois.
Je n'ai pas fait de scandale devant tout le monde mais je me suis barrée alors que j'étais morte de fatigue. J'estime avoir le droit d'avoir mes clefs dès mon arrivée une fois le paiement fait, et non pas écouter des fausses explications concernant les parking pendant 25 minutes.
Pour moi cet hôtel est détourné, et leur personnel est malsain.
De plus, une fois le problème expliqué le lendemain à un monsieur, il me dit que je suis naïve et me raccroche au nez.
Procédure judiciaire enclenchée contre cet hôtel qui ont débité ma carte sans mon autorisation, alors que le paiement devait être fait en espèces par mon mari.
A fuir très mauvaise ambiance.
The only thing is the windows could be cleaner. Some little details can be cleaner. And if there is a little place for hanging the jacket and bags near the entrance would be even better.
