When holidaymakers stay on the beach and in the summer city, the most knowledgeable are climbing the hill and exploring the City of Winter. Restaurant of the hotel of the same name, the chef and all his team will welcome you in this magical place reviewed and corrected by the Bordeaux architect Emmanuel Graffeuil, to taste a classic cuisine, developed with market products. Quilted leather benches, bistro tables and antique posters, the decoration is sober and elegant. No map here but a rewritten slate according to the arrivals: sole, turbot or line bar for fish, loin, kidney kidney, pigeon or even tender for meat. The accompaniments are varied with the bursting of potatoes and small vegetables. Large wines and soils are particularly well selected in the wine list. In winter and summer, with its beautiful shaded terrace, you will be enchanted by this chic but relaxed restaurant.

Un super cadre au rendez-vous avec un bon repas dans un lieu chaleureux!
Je le recommande. Ce n’est pas à portée de tous les budgets mais la satisfaction est au rendez-vous.
