Bought out two years ago by Axel Boudard, already at the helm of neighboring Le Tamariou, L'Huître Bleue has changed its name to simply Bleue. This new identity is accompanied by a number of improvements, including the extension of the terrace. Summer 2025 marks the start of something better. Feet in the sand at lunchtime, head in the stars in the evening, this cabane invites you to travel with its unobstructed view over the Bassin. On the menu: the inevitable oysters, to be enjoyed with a glass of local white wine, but also shrimps, whelks and a very good Basque pâté.
