L'Atelier is a shed-restaurant with a dark paneled facade and a terrace with a pergola, an interior with simple contemporary furniture and two friends Hugo and Rémi. The first is an oyster farmer and owner, the second is behind the stoves. This duo treats us to 100% natural oysters, shellfish, but also to dishes enhanced with fragrances and spices such as oysters poached in ginger broth or mango mousseline, an exotic fruit brunoise with a small homemade biscuit

J'ai déjeuner ou dîner au fil des ans, 4 fois dans ce joli restaurant. Je n'y ai que des bons souvenirs.
Mercredi soir, mi-juillet, 21h00, on est 5, un peu de monde dans le restaurant mais au tier de ses capacités.
On ne nous a pas acceptez ! ????
On a finalement fini chez "Huguette", à 150m. On nous a pris avec un grand sourire. Un pur moment de plaisir.
