Cabane-restaurant offering 100% natural oysters in Andernos-les-Bains.

L'Atelier is a shed-restaurant with a dark paneled facade and a terrace with a pergola, an interior with simple contemporary furniture and two friends Hugo and Rémi. The first is an oyster farmer and owner, the second is behind the stoves. This duo treats us to 100% natural oysters, shellfish, but also to dishes enhanced with fragrances and spices such as oysters poached in ginger broth or mango mousseline, an exotic fruit brunoise with a small homemade biscuit

Lieu agréable et bon repas mais un poêle à bois trop petit qui n’a pas suffit à réchauffer nos orteils ressortis gelés malgré la bonne ambiance du restaurant.
