The rooms are air-conditioned, and you'll find all the comforts you need for your stay. There's also a pool-house for you to relax in, while others take a dip in the salty water, heated to 28 degrees.

Les Hauts de Chaunac is a 5-star estate located in Vitrac, in the golden triangle of Périgord Noir, 6 km from Sarlat. Nestled in a superb 8-hectare wooded park with a 180° view over the Dordogne valley, the manor house was completely renovated in 2022. It can accommodate up to 12 people. A 2-person gîte, "Dar Diaf", is also available. The manor house has 6 double bedrooms with air-conditioning and private bathrooms with shower or shower and bath, 1 dining room with fully-equipped open kitchen, 1 lounge, 1 lounge-library, 1 billiards room, 2 terraces (1 with electric awning). The gîte, set in the woods, also boasts every comfort: bedroom with en suite shower room, open kitchen, air conditioning, TV, free wifi... In fine weather, you can enjoy the saltwater swimming pool, heated to 28°C. There's also a pool house with shower and kitchen. The estate also offers other services such as catered meals, housekeeping, truffle hunting on the estate with a professional... The perfect address for a dream vacation in the Périgord!
