A good gourmet address right next to one of the famous castles, overlooking the Dordogne valley in the cingle of Montfort.
The restaurant-brasserie at the foot of the Château de Montfort enjoys a very pleasant setting, which can be appreciated from the beautiful, carefully laid-out terrace. The shade of a superb paulownia is a real plus. The menu remains very traditional, with a good choice of salads or plates, tartines, foie gras, duck breast, confits, burgers and homemade desserts. Bar and ice cream in the afternoon, and in the evening, some very eclectic concerts take place on the terrace, which is often transformed into a dance floor.

Là où on voit que nous n'avons pas affaire à des professionnels, c'est quand nous constatons qu'aucun geste n'a été fait.... Pas d'autre dessert proposé, pas de café offert, la personne qui encaissait n'était pas au courant .....
Des amateurs .... ! On ne s'improvise pas du métier, sinon on fait du tort à la profession !!!
