NANS ROCKS
Five viewpoints allowing to admire a superb landscape, located not far from the castle of Bournel in Nans.
A rocky spur overlooks the village of Nans, not far from the Château de Bournel. As soon as you reach the summit from the road, take the path on the left for about 1 km. There are five lookouts offering superb views. At the fourth lookout, you can see the curious troglodyte castle: a cave enclosed by a wall with porch, window, turret and loophole. The castle can only be reached by rope or ladder. Magnificent in spring, when daffodils and morning glory cover the undergrowth (harvesting subject to regulations).
