In the center of the village of Guyans-Vennes, overlooking the pretty Dessoubre valley, you won't want to miss the dairy cooperative. Its cheesemaker and 15 members produce Franche-Comté's most emblematic cheese, as well as an excellent Gruyère de France IGP. They regularly win medals at the Concours général agricole des fromages. In the store, you'll find two types of Comté matured at Arnaud-Juraflore, the famous Gruyère de France, small goats' cheeses from the Monts de Fuans, as well as butter and an incredible raw cream.
